Pregnant women can relax and re-energize with the help of prenatal yoga

RICHMOND, Va – Our very own Jessica Noll visited Executive Director of Nurture, Leslie Lytle, and took part in a prenatal yoga class offered at Project Yoga Richmond. Leslie Lytle shared the benefits of yoga for pregnant women with any level of yoga experience, including lower blood pressure, lowering the risk of complications during birth, and boosting levels of energy.
