Max’s On Broad serves up two ‘lemon’ inspired dishes for a great cause

RICHMOND, Va - Max’s on Broad Executive Chef Carlos Silva served up a light and refreshing two course meal of flounder, finishing with a lemon cheesecake with fresh whipped cream. Max’s on Broad is one of many participants in the Anthem LemonAid Challenge, a contest that asks area restaurants and food retailers to create the most unique “lemon inspired” foods to sell. The business that raises the most from July 18th to July 20th will win an advertising package from CBS 6 valued at over $2,000. A portions of all proceeds gained goes to the Anthem LemonAid project.
