HANOVER COUNTY, Va. — A crash Thursday afternoon has closed the left and center lanes of I-95 north in Hanover County.

VDOT said that a from vehicle fire at mile marker 100 has traffic backed up into Caroline County.

Traffic was able to get by in the left lane, but as of 5:40 p.m., traffic was backed up 14 miles.

Drivers should plan for major delays.
