HENRICO, Va. (WTVR) -- The 18-year-old involved in the investigation surrounding herself and Delegate Joe Morrissey will go before a Henrico Grand Jury Monday.

CBS 6 was the first to report that police were investigating whether Morrissey had an inappropriate relationship with the girl when she was underage.

The 17-year-old’s lawyers said the teenager got the job at Morrissey’s office by lying about her age on a job application and resume.

Morrissey’s relationship with the girl is in question after the girl went to his house last August to discuss a crisis involving her father. Lawyers say that there was no sexual contact between the two of them, but that Morrissey was polite and professional.

Both the teen's attorney and Morrissey have repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.

Stay with CBS 6 for updates on this developing story.

I’m sorry but he should have never let her into his house alone at night. Her parents should have been called and her picked up outside his home. Use freaking common sense.
