RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Author William Stanfield's new book entitled, 'Harper: 48 Days to Change the Lives of Millions' tells the reader about his beautiful baby girl, Harper Ann who had a rare birth defect known as Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. William is part of the Virginia Author Spotlight Series and will sign copies of his new book Wednesday June 4th from 6-7:30pm in the Main Branch of the Richmond Public Library.
