RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Expect heavier than normal traffic near the VCU area, especially near the Siegel Center, where high school graduation ceremonies will be held over the next two weeks. Officers will be on scene directing traffic. If you are not attending ceremonies consider using an alternate route.
