RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – A large storm system will affect our weather for the next few days.  Some showers will work into the area on Monday.

The best chance for widespread showers will be in the afternoon.  It will be a lot cooler with highs only in the low to mid 60s for many areas.

There will be some 50s near the coast, and some upper 60s in southwestern Virginia.
