Henrico Police Seeking Larceny and Fraud Suspects

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Police are looking for a man and woman accused of stealing an 81-year-old woman’s wallet while she shopped inside the Ross store along the 10900 block of West Broad Street near Innsbrook.

“The male suspect distracted the 81-year-old victim by asking questions about woman’s clothing.  The female suspect then took the victim’s wallet,” Henrico Police spokeswoman Lt. Linda Toney wrote in an email. “On the same date, the victim’s credit card was used at Best Buy in the 11000 block of West Broad Street.  Thousands of dollars worth of electronics were purchased.”


The crime happened about 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 1, police said.
