CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) -- An apparent electrical fire at an apartment building has damaged three apartments and left four people wondering where they'll live.

The Chesterfield County Fire Department responded to the scene at the Falling Creek Apartments on the 6300 block of Jefferson Davis Highway just before midnight. Crews were able to put out the flames in a matter of minutes, but not before the fire spread to three apartments.

Even though fire officials think it is an electrical fire, the Fire Marshall's office is continuing its investigation.

No one was injured in the fire. The Red Cross is helping those displaced.
