(WTVR) -- Passengers headed from Los Angeles to Oakland were told to leave their things behind and exit a Delta plane as quickly as possible Wednesday night, due to unexplained smoke. The flight landed at the Oakland International Airport just before 9:30 pm Wednesday.

In total 75 passengers and four crew members were rushed off the Delta plane. Recent reports indicate while in flight there was suddenly a smell of smoke, which prompted the aircraft to be emptied.

Fortunately there were no reports of injuries. The incident remains under investigation.
