HIGHLAND SPRINGS, Va. (WTVR) - A driver was not seriously hurt when his snowplow overturned on E. Washington St. and N. New Ave. in Highland Springs Thursday morning.
Henrico Police have blocked some travels lanes in that area to investigate what caused the plow to overturn.
