Easy To Make Healthy Kale Chips
RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Kale is loaded with vitamins and nutrients and is known as a ‘super food’. Local Educational Chef Ann Butler from Edible Education, shared a kid friendly alternative to the usual sautéed or Kale salad. Using curly leaf or dragon leaf kale – tear into small bite
size pieces. Brush with olive oil sparingly and sprinkle a bit of sea
salt on top – You can also use bay seasoning, red chili pepper flakes
for additional flavors.
Pop into the oven on 400 degrees for 5 – 8 minutes until just
