(WTVR) — Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg may have been caught texting while driving. It all starts with an app made by a competitor.

“Jelly” is a new social networking app made by Twitter co-founder Biz Stone. If you find something you have a question about, simply take a picture and the app will upload it for your Facebook friends and Twitter followers to help.

However, on the website one user claims to have found Zuckerberg on his phone while driving.

Texting while driving is illegal in California. So far a statement hasn’t been released from the CEO.
