CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – One section of a modular home slid off a trailer entering Route 288 in Chesterfield. The straps holding the home broke, the people driving the trailer told CBS 6 senior reporter Wayne Covil.

“The ramp from Route 360/Hull Street Road east to Route 288 north is closed due to a disabled truck; removal could take several hours,” VDOT spokeswoman Dawn Eischen wrote in an email. “Drivers are encouraged to use an alternate route. Expect delays.”

No injuries have been reported.
