Police searching for bank robber

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR)- Chesterfield Police are searching for a man who robbed a Bank of Virginia located at 4023 W. Hundred Road, Saturday morning before 10a.m.

According to police, a white male, 20-30 years old, approximately 6 feet tall, wearing sunglasses, blue jeans and a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt with a bandana covering his face,  passed a note demanding money to a teller.

The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

There were no injuries reported during the robbery.
