LIVE UPDATES: Winter weather knocks out power across Virginia

Ice and power

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Winter weather has knocked out power to thousands of homes and businesses across Virginia.

“As the winter storm ends this morning, crews are working to restore power,” Dominion posted on its website. “With daybreak we will be able see damage easier and that will help to speed up restoration. If you experience a power outage, report your outage above or call 1-866-DOM-HELP (1-866-366-4357). Don’t assume we know you are without power.”
