RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Rain will mix with sleet pellets around 12 p.m., and then change to a wet snow by 2 p.m. in central Virginia. The final flurries should wrap up around 6 p.m.
Winds will be steady out of the northwest at 15 to 25 mph with higher gusts. Skies will become clear Wednesday night as strong high pressure builds into the region.
