(WTVR/CBS) - On the eve of the 50th anniversary of the assassination of President Kennedy legendary CBS anchor and host of Face the Nation, Bob Schieffer, looks back at a defining moment in our nation’s history.

Mr. Schieffer will host a one hour documentary Saturday, November 16th at 9 p.m. on WTVR. CBS6’s Greg McQuade speaks with Bob Schieffer, who was a young reporter that fateful day in Dallas. Bob shares his stories from that day and recounts how he had an opportunity to interview the mother of accused assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald.
