RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Pecan harvesting has begun at Richard Bland College! Dr. Debbie Sydow, President of Richard Bland College, gives us the inside scoop on these historic nuts, and what the college plans to do with the money raised by the harvest. They were also nice enough to share their famous recipe for Pecan Pie – just in time for the holidays!

Official Pecan Pie Recipe: Luxury Pecan Pie

This recipe was adopted in 1963 by the College, and this article appeared in the Poor Richard, the RBC newspaper, announcing the recipe.
