RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - James Barney is a Virginia-based trial attorney and former nuclear submarine officer in the U.S Navy. His first novel, 'The Genesis Gey' was nominated for best first novel by the International Thriller Writers Association. He shared details about his second book, ‘The Joshua Stone’.
