RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) -- We're less than a month away from Election Day and Tuesday is your last chance to make sure you're ready to vote.

In order to vote in the commonwealth you must be a resident of Virginia, be 18 years of age, not registered to vote in any other state and you must have not have been declared incompetent by a court of law.
