PETERSBURG, Va - Fire investigators are working to determine what sparked a fire that burned a building on Wythe and Sycamore Streets in downtown Petersburg.
The damaged building once housed a barbershop, according to neighbors. The fire spread to three other businesses and some nearby apartments.
The Red Cross is helping some of the fire victims burned from their homes.
One firefighter suffered minor injuries while attempting to put out the flames.
