RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) -- Richmond police are conducting a homicide investigating after a man was found shot dead at a South Richmond apartment complex.
Police said an adult male, 23-year-old Toren Waller, was found dead Saturday from several shots, along the 500 block of Harrow Road, in the St. John's Woods community shortly before midnight.
Officers told CBS 6 News the surrounding area is typically not dangerous and that the community is gated and has a security system.
Police, who have not yet released a description of the suspect, said the shooting may have stemmed from an argument.
