A video of a dog trying to make friends with a toddler with Down Syndrome is gaining popularity online.

The video titled “Haciendose amigos!” — which was posted last year — had over 2 million views as of Oct. 3.

The Huffington Post reports that the dog named Himalaya won’t give up on Little Hernán from Buenos Aires. The video shows the dog playfully trying to get the boy to pet him.

The site reports the boy’s mother posted comments that indicate the boy’s condition causes him to shy away from physical contact.
