UPDATE: One person killed in southside shooting

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – One person died in a shooting on Richmond’s southside.

Police received a call around 9:23 p.m. Friday night on the 600 block of Warwick Village Drive.

When they arrived on scene, they saw two Hispanic males were shot.  They were both taken to VCU Medical Center.

50-year-old Angel Hernandez later died from his injuries.

A 31-year-old male is still listed in critical condition at last check.
