RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Richmond police have been dispatched after receiving a call about a shooting in the city’s East End Wednesday afternoon.

Police are investigating what a security guard called a “shooting scare” at the Fairhills Apartments in the 1300 block of Coalter Street.

Police were called because it happened at about the same time school let out.

Police have not found a victim.
