FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (WTVR) – Two men, a woman and a 15-year-old boy were arrested and charged in connection to a sex-related crime outside a Fredericksburg Hardee’s, according to Fredericksburg Police.

Police said detectives on patrol spotted a woman sitting in a pick-up truck parked outside the Hardee’s along the 1700 Princess Anne St. just past midnight Wednesday.

The detectives then spotted three men creeping up on the truck, one of the men used his shirt to cover his face.

When detectives stopped the men for questioning, they determined the men and the woman in the truck had planned to rob the man in the truck “by first distracting him with the promise of sex.”

Laura Kinney, 25, of King George; Dashawn Moore-Taylor, 20, of Stafford; Marquis Wellborn, 18, of Spotsylvania, and the 15-year-old male are all charged with felony conspiracy to commit robbery.
