HENRICO COUNTY Va. (WTVR) -- All lanes have reopened I-95 south near Chamberlayne Ave. after an earlier overturned box truck closed the right and center lanes for most of the morning commute.
At one point all lanes were blocked I-95 South allowing crews to upright the truck.
