CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – There is new information about the group planning to hoist a giant Confederate flag along I-95 in Chesterfield County.
A spokesperson for the county said while officials have received complaints, there is no ordinance that will prevent the group from flying the flag as long as it is on private property and does not exceed 50 feet high.
The flag is expected to be in place by late September.
