RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) -- CBS 6 News cameras captured a car that caught fire on the side of the road Thursday afternoon.
A man tells CBS 6 that he was driving down Hull Street near Jeff Davis Highway when the bottom of his car burst into flames.
Firefighters, who arrived in minutes to put those flames out, said a busted fuel tank is likely to blame.
