HENRICO, Va. (WTVR)–Wednesday night Henrico police arrested a mother who was found “passed out near several computers,” at the Fairfield library.

Henrico police said that around 7:30 p.m. officers responded to a call for help at a library in the 1000 block of N. Laburnum Avenue. Officers located Angela Marie Guice inside the building, passed out near several computers.

Police woke her up, and said she was under the influence at the time. She was arrested for drunk in public and child neglect. Her five-year-old child was with her at the library.
