RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - They are talented musicians who perform separately around Richmond, but also come together as 'The Project Band.' You can hear the ‘The Project Band’ very every 2nd, 3rd and 4th Saturday at the Hippodrome Speakeasy, 526 North 2nd Street in Jackson Ward.
