Chester man found dead in Richmond home

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Police identified a man found shot to death in Richmond Friday afternoon. Police said 25-year-old James E. Rousey Jr., of Chester, was killed inside a home along the 2100 block of Deforrest Street.

Detectives said they had several strong leads and do not believe the crime was “random.” Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 804-780-1000.
