“It still feels emotional, a different kind of emotional,” Jackie Kruszewski, Lanie’s sister, said.
About fifty bicylists participated in the ride which started at the Oregon Hill overlook at ended at the memorial to Lanie located on River Road.
Pattie Kruszewski, Lanie’s mother, was on hand as well – passing out Lanie magnets and bumperstickers.
“We are hearing all kinds of stories about how they are raising awareness,” Lanie said.
