FLUVANNA COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – State Police investigated a crash where Mechanicsville man has died.

The two-vehicle crash happened around 11:45 a.m. on Route 15, just south of Route 655.

A Ford Focus was heading north on Route 15.  As the car turned left, it collided with a tractor trailer.  The tractor trailer swerved to avoid the car, but ended up hitting the driver’s left side.
