RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Police are investigating a shooting that happened in Richmond’s East End Sunday night.
Authorities said they received a call around 10 p.m. in the 2300 block of Carmine Street.
That’s where police found a male in his early 20s shot in the abdomen.
The victim was taken to VCU Medical Center.
Police said his injuries are non-life threatening.
