RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - High pressure centered over the Atlantic east of us is expanding westward over the East Coast. This will let our overall rain chances in central Virginia be significantly lower today than recent days, with only a few isolated afternoon pop-up showers and storms expected in our area during the afternoon and early evening.
