VIRGINIA THIS MORNING: Food Safety

RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – There is an increase of food borne illnesses in the Summer Months. It’s always important to make sure you don’t cross contaminate meats and other food items you’re preparing. Matt Ettinger, Food Safety Specialist with the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services shared some great tips with us.
