RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – There is new information in the case against the former pastor of a Richmond mega church.

Online court records confirm that Geronimo Aguilar, the former pastor of the ROC church, is scheduled to appear in a Texas courtroom Tuesday morning for a motions hearing related to charges that he sexually assaulted two minors.

Prosecutors said the charges stem from relationships Aguilar had with two girls in the 1990s in the Fort Worth area.

Aguilar, known locally as Pastor G, was arrested last month shortly after he resigned from the ROC, which is one of Richmond’s largest churches.
