State leaders meet to address bullying epidemic

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va.–(WTVR)– Leaders from across the state met Monday for a conference in Charlottesville to discuss how to spot the signs of school bullying and report those problems

Their goal was to talk about how to better handle bullying and sexual harassment in schools. They specifically went over ways to determine when bullying becomes a crime and also talked about when to report it and how to support and intervene for victims.
