VIDEO: EF-0 tornado captured by local storm chaser

AMELIA, Va. (WTVR)-- A confirmed EF-0 tornado was captured on video in Amelia Monday evening, as storms moved through Virginia for the second day in a row.

The National Weather Service in Wakefield confirmed the EF-0 tornado briefly touched down two miles west-southwest of Jetersville in southern Amelia County.  The estimated width was 25 yards and was on the ground for approximately 100 yards.  Winds were estimated to be below 60 mph.

The video was taken on Highway 307, off Route 360, heading to Farmville; not too far from Jetersville.

Storm chaser Bill Hark submitted it to CBS 6 .
