RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Some 1,300 athletes from all across Virginia will be competing in the Special Olympics Virginia summer games this weekend and you're invited to volunteer to cheer them on. Rick Jeffrey, President of Special Olympics Virginia and athlete Paul Marretti joined us to share more about this year’s upcoming summer games. The Virginia Special Olympics summer games are this Friday, June 7th and Saturday, June 8th.
