RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Knowing how to administer CPR, cardiopulmonary resuscitation can be the difference between life and death for someone in distress. The "hands-only" version of CPR takes just 30 minutes to learn and free classes are available next week. Shannon Daniel and John Dugan from the Central Virginia CPR council joined us and gave a demonstration on proper CPR technique. The Central Virginia CPR Council is offering free 'Hands Only' CPR classes on Thursday, June 6th from 11am to 7pm at the Weinstein JCC and on Saturday, June 8th from 9am to 2pm at West Creek emergency center.
