Teens arrested in carnival shooting

HAMPTON, Va. (WTVR) -  Two teenagers are charged with murder after a shooting at the Hampton Carnival that left one person dead and four others wounded.

A 15-year-old and 17-year-old are accused of killing 16-year-old Ralphael Davis, Junior. Davis was shot Saturday night, after police said an argument escalated into violence.
