RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Richmond police have released a photo of a man wanted in connection with homicide in the city’s North Side last weekend.

Police responded to a call of a person shot in the 1600 block of Fendall Ave. just after 12 p.m. on Sunday.

Officers found 28-year-old Larry A. Austin, of the 2000 block of Fairfield Avenue, shot dead.

Detectives released a photo Friday of 26-year-old Ronald L. Mines, 26, of the 3200 block of Third Avenue, who is wanted in connection with the crime.
