Two more Va. universities plan to raise tuition

ETTRICK, Va. (WTVR) — Two more Virginia Universities have approved tuition increases.

Virginia State University is increasing fees for in-state students by nearly 5 percent this fall. That breaks down to about an extra $600.

Additionally, Virginia Military Institute is raising tuition by 2.9 percent.

Several other Virginia Universities, including Virginia Tech and UVA have already increased tuition for next school year.
