A newlywed couple from England will remember their wedding day for the rest of their lives, but not for the reason you might expect.

The wedding reception for Kylie and Russell Cox was in full swing when one of their guests collapsed on the dance floor, apparently suffering a heart attack, according to the British newspaper Daily Mail.

The bride, Kylie, is a nurse.  She managed to keep the guest alive with
mouth-to-mouth resuscitation while still in her wedding dress. Kylie’s uncle and bridesmaid helped with CPR while an ambulance was called.

The newlywed couple went with their guest to the hospital, where he is expected to make a full recovery.
