VSU raises tuition costs

ETTRICK, Va. (WTVR) –   Virginia State University students will have to pay more for college. VSU’s board approved at 4.9 percent increase to in-state and out-of-state tuition costs. It also approved charging $328 more for room and board.

That makes  the total cost for an in-state student living on campus $17,784 a year.
