RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - Today will play out about the same as yesterday. After beginning the day with mostly clear skies and cold temperatures around freezing, we'll be partly cloudy this afternoon with a few isolated showers or sprinkles.

Afternoon highs will again be about ten degrees cooler-than-average for late March temperatures. Despite this March being abnormally cool, we are still not quite cold enough to make it into Richmond's Top Ten Coldest Marches on record.
