(WTVR) – March is the time when millions of us fill out our brackets for the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament, hoping that we filled out the perfect bracket.  By the end of the tournament, most of our brackets are shattered due to upsets and Cinderellas.

DePaul University math professor Jeff Bergen says the odds of filling out the perfect bracket is 1 in 9.2 quintillion.
